QUOTATIONS/proposal

1.1. Upon acceptance by you of the quote/proposal, you agree all work done, platform supplied are in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of EMPIRE STATE ESTATE.
1.2. The accepted quote/proposal replaces and supersedes any previous proposals and quotes issued
regarding the subject matter thereof.
1.3. All pricing in this quotation/proposal is quoted in South African Rand and includes VAT.
1.4. Unless a price has been quoted by EMPIRE STATE ESTATE, which will then apply, the price of the services will be the current ruling price of EMPIRE STATE ESTATE on the date that the advertisement is
placed on this website.
1.5. The placing of your advertisement will be invoiced upon delivery.

2. PRICING
2.1. Pricing is subject to rate of exchange adjustments,
3. INVOICING
3.1. Invoices become payable immediately upon presentation. Clients are granted a 30 (thirty) day
grace period, calculated from the date of the invoice, in which the invoice has to be settled in full.
3.2. All prices quoted includes VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Interest is payable on overdue payments, calculated from days 31 of the date of invoice, at 2%
per month as permitted by the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The recipient of information as per the agreement with EMPIRE STATE ESTATE, agree to keep the information confidential and not to disclose any such information to unauthorized persons.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1. EMPIRE STATE ESTATE remains the owner of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in all utilities, software, solutions, designs, techniques, methods, methodologies, tools, processes, templates,
data or other materials provided.
6.2. EMPIRE STATE ESTATE reserves the right, where payments are outstanding, to terminate all advertisements on the website with immediate effect.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. EMPIRE STATE ESTATE, nor any of its employees will not be held liable for any damages etc. upon the removal of your advertisement in the event of non-payment.

8.1. EMPIRE STATE ESTATE reserves the right to remove any advertisement that we may find offensive or discriminating, refunding you your money in full, pro-rata the days listed.
